RHONDO
The culmination of several bands from the midlands, including Saturn 5, Burning Ambition, Gulliver and the Travellers and more. Please click on the buttons above to discover who played with what band.
The photograph above left was the line up with Malcolm Baines (bass gutar) on the left, Nick Smith (rhythm guitar and vocals) middle rear, Spenny Williams (vocals, lead guitar and keyboards) middle front and Neil Normal (drums and vocals) on the right.
Formed in the 1980's it was a mix of talent from several other local bands shown on this site.
Nick and Malcolm were originally with the Rugby band Burning Ambition and Spenny and Neil I believe came from a local Hinckley band White Line Fever. I have no photographs or information for this last band, so if anyone can help me out I would be grateful.
